Norbert Pilz, is President of Ability Construction. He is a native of Cleveland, Ohio that relocated with his wife Dawn and two children, Nicholas and Sarah, to Cape Coral, Florida in 1989. For nearly 3 decades, Norbert and Dawn have built a small family business on the principal that success is in the satisfaction of the customer. That satisfaction is delivered by building better homes without cutting corners and by being hands on in the process.

 

The Beginning

Beginning in the late 1980’s, Norbert began his contracting experience in the family trade of carpentry with his late father Horst. While honing his skills in the art of carpentry, Norbert built his first house in Cape Coral nearly absent of any subcontractors. From that first humble home to today’s customers building over a dozen duplexes simultaneously or custom contemporary modern estates, Norbert has industry leading experience and craftmanship to match his customers praise.
